Nursery and Reception Admissions

The Willows Primary School caters for children aged between 3-11 Years old. Nursery provision is currently funded for 15hrs with the option to increase to 30hrs either through funded hours or a top-up payment.

If your child was born between 1st September 2022 and August 31st 2023 you will be eligible for a Nursery placement in the 2026/2027 school year. Applications are set to open on 1st December 2025.

If your child was born between 1st September 2021 and August 31st 2022 you will be eligible for a Reception placement in the 2026/2027 school year. Applications are set to open on 3rd November 2025

In-Year Transfers

Applications for In-Year transfers should be completed online at www.stoke.gov.uk/admissions. Places will be allocated in accordance with the Local Authority Admissions Arrangements. If you require support in completing your application please contact the school office.
